While the Hollandse Club is undoubtedly a home away from home for the Dutch community in Singapore, it is also a sanctuary within Singapore for Brits, Singaporeans, Australians and over 40 other nationalities.
The Hollandse Club magazine reaches all of its 1,900 members each month, but is also sent to all embassies in Singapore, other clubs in Singapore and reciprocal clubs in Australia, Japan, Indonesia, Brunei, India, Shanghai, Philippines, UK, Norway, The Netherlands, Canada, South Africa, Hong Kong and the United Arab Emirates.
But the readership spreads even farther because the magazine appears on the club’s website www.hollandseclub.org.sg and therefore gives us and your advertising message an audience that is almost limitless.

Magazine content
The magazine covers social, sporting and cultural events, club news, library information and book reviews,
food and beverage promotions, interviews and information on all classes and activities.
Magazine Deadlines
Booking Deadline - 6th of the preceding month
Material Deadline - 12th of the preceding month
Inserts Deadline - 24th of the preceding month
Should any of these dates fall on a weekend, the deadline will be the nearest weekday.
Magazine material requirements
Materials submitted must be in PDF or Tiff format at a resolution of 300dpi with CMYK colour proofs.
Dimensions must adhere to publisher’s specifications. If artwork supplied is not made to stipulated
requirements, the publisher will take no responsibility for the print quality.
Each loose insert should be no larger than A4 in size and no heavier than 30gms
Payment
Payment should be made on or before the material deadline date. A late fee of 10% per month will be levied
for late payments. Please note that overseas advertisers will bear all bank charges.
Cheque: The cheque should be made payable to ‘Hollandse Club’ and mailed to 22 Camden Park, Singapore
299814.
Internet banking: Use your advertiser code (provided by the Hollandse Club on receipt of booking
confirmation) as reference (otherwise, we won’t know who the money is coming from).

- Agency commission: 15% agency commission for DPS, IFC, OBC and full page only

- All rates based on full-colour advertisements (10 per cent reduction for B&W)
- All full page advertisements will be placed on the left-hand pages.
For premium pages (up front and on a right page), then 20 per cent extra will be charged.

General Terms & Conditions |
- All advertising materials are subject to the approval of the publisher, who reserves the right to decline the insertion of any material. Advertisers who are promoting similar products to those of the Hollandse Club will not be permitted.
- The publisher is indemnified against all claims, actions, demands, costs and expenses with respect to all advertisements published.
- The publisher reserves the right to use previous material if copy is not supplied by deadline, or to charge in full for space cancelled after booking deadline.
- Complaints on advertisements must be made within two weeks after publication date.
- The advertiser or his agency will pay for costs, legal or otherwise, and incidental expenses incurred by the publisher in the course of collecting payment.
- By signing the booking form, you signify acceptance of the rates shown together with the Terms & Conditions noted on this form.
