Frequency & Circulation
11 Magazine issues are printed annually, with a combined issue for the months of July and August. 1,600 copies are circulated.

Readership & Distribution
More than 2000 copies are read* each month by our Members and the Members of other local and foreign clubs, associations, International schools and societies. The magazine is also distributed to embassies, foreign missions, selected companies and banks.

*Magazines are available for viewing on the Club’s Website, readership is unlimited.

Magazine Material Requirements

Advertisements in Colour
Materials submitted must be in PDF or Tiff format at resolution 300dpi with CMYK colour proofs.

Dimensions must adhere to Publisher’s specifications. If artwork supplied is not made to stipulated requirements, the Publisher will take no responsibility on print quality.

Advertisements in Black & White
PDF or Tiff format with B&W proof.

Advertisements as Loose Inserts
1,200 copies & maximum size & weight: A4 & 30gms

Note: The Club does not provide design or finished artwork services, however we can refer you to the Club’s design company who will quote a separate fee.

Magazine Deadlines
Booking Deadline - 1st of the month before
Material Deadline - 10th of the month before
Inserts Deadline - 24th of the month before
(Should any of these dates fall on a non–working day, the deadline will fall on the working day prior to that date)

Payment
Advertisers in Singapore
An invoice will be sent to all advertisers. Payment is due on the date indicated on the invoice. Payment is to be made by cheque addresses to ‘Hollandse Club’ and mailed to 22 Camden Park, Singapore 299814

Advertisers Abroad
Advertisers based out of Singapore will have to make 100% pre – payment for the advertisements they wish to place in the Hollandse Club Magazine one month before the issue booked, based on an invoice which will be sent to them. NB: All TT bank fees are to be borne by the Advertiser.

1. All advertising materials are subject to the approval of the Publisher, who reserves the right to decline the insertion of any material. Advertisers who are promoting similar products to those of the Hollandse Club will not be permitted.
   
   
2. The Publisher is indemnified against all claims, actions, demands, costs and expenses with respect to all advertisements published.
   
   
3. The Publisher reserves the right to use previous material if copy is not supplied by deadline, or to charge in full for space cancelled after booking deadline.
   
   
4. Complaints on advertisements must be made within two weeks after publication date.
   
   
5. For casual advertisers the credit term is seven days from date of publication. The advertiser or his agency will pay for costs, legal or otherwise, and incidental expenses incurred by the Publisher in the course of collecting payment.
   
   
6. By signing the Booking Form, you signify acceptance of the rates shown together with the Terms & Conditions noted on this form.
