If you are thinking of signing up your child for an activity, here are some reasons why you should consider Judo. Unlike many team sports, Judo is a year round affair and is not weather dependant or seasonal. This consistency allows children to progress rapidly as the routines are constant. Judo engages both the mind and body involving body physics with emphasis on fluidity and flexibility. While physical development is important, mental strength is probably the most vital factor. Judo is also universal and if ever the need arises to relocate, you will still be able to find a place for your child to practice. Get a great workout, have fun and hone valuable life skills with our judo programme.
