ABOUT THE COACH Bernard Williams was awarded 'Coach-Of-The-Year' organized by POSB Everyday Chmpions Award 2009, which serves to give passionate promoters of sports a well-deserved appreciation for promoting a sporting culture in the community.
He started playing basketball in the United States. where he grew up, and ended up playing in the professional leagues after college.
He says of the kids he teaches: "They make me feel special everyday"

ABOUT THE CLASS A complete cardiovascular toning workout done with music and consists of high/low impact movements as well as slow paced muscle endurance movements using light handweights for biceps, triceps, chest, shoulders for upper body and finally abdominal, thighs, glutes and back exercises.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR Ann Yang has been teaching at Hollandse Club since 1984. Begin certified with ACE and Physicalmind Institute, she conducts various classes suchs as Cardio-Sculpt, Step Aerobics and Pilates.

ANNUAL GOLF TOURNAMENT Calling all golf enthusiasts! Come join our golf tournaments together with our very active group of committee. We schedule 6 tournaments a year in various golf course, locally and overseas and aim to create memorable experience each time at various locations.
GOLF SOCIAL For those who cannot get enough of golf or those who travel often and sadly missed our golf tournaments, regular golf social outings are organized by our Committee for all golfing enthusiasts to enjoy!

GOLF RECIPROCAL ARRANGEMENTS Enjoy golfing with your family and friends, even though we do not have a golf course in our club's premises! Reciprocal arrangements with various clubs helps cater to your golfing needs as well.

ABOUT THE CLASS Hatha Yoga attempts to balance both body and mind through its poses and controlled breathing, Gain new found poise, balance and strength. A great way to recharge and relax.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR Jessie Liu has been practicing yoga for the past 12years. She is both a certified yoga instructor as well as a Yoga Therapist. Her knowledge and application of Yoga have been developed from Ananada Marga Yoga Society, Vivekananda Yoga School and various Yoga conferences. Her greatest satisfaction is to see her students' enjoyment and improvement in their posture and health.

ABOUT THE CLASS An excellent physical activity for all round conditioning and is practiced on special mats for comfort and safety. It is unique in that all age groups, both sexes, and most disabled persons can participate together in learning and practicing the art.
While all martial arts promote discipline, character building and physical development, Judo offers much more; providing opportunities for developing self-confidence, assertiveness, and leadership skills, as well as physical coordination, power, and flexibility.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTORS
Gerard Lim Principal Instructor of Jagsport. He plans and oversees programmes and workshops for individual and coporate clients. He has been running the club judo programme since 1997 and specializes in children and youths (including special needs children).
His area of technical expertise includes Judo, Sports Sambo and Friendly wrestling. In addition to coaching, Gerard organizes competitions and activities to provide a holistic experience. Gerard is also a certified First Aider.
Melvynna (Also known as Mel) Lead instructor for Judo, Submission Grapling and Wrestling. Mel teaches with a passion and is well like by her charges. She is very popular with the children and youth and has the innate ability to bring out the very best in them. Mel also competes regularly in various grappling competitions to keep abreast with the changes and to validate training concepts. Mel also has first aid certification..

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR Meera Nair is a Fitness Expert who has been in this profession since 1991. She has experience raining people of all ages and from all walks of life, and is an ACE, AFAA and SVYASA certified professional.
