The CTM is the most practical asset to own for a company that is looking to make use of the Hollandse Club. The CTM is owned by the company and can hold 3 membership slots at one point of time (up to 3 family memberships). | Please complete the necessary membership application forms and submit them to the Club's Membership Department together with the following documents. | - Payment of entrance fee and refundable deposit.
- Photocopy of the applicant's and spouse's passport and one photograph each of the applicants.
