The Hollandse Club ( is an informal, family friendly, international club in resort style setting. It offers a wide range of sports, recreation, and dining facilities for its members. Job Description

The Customer Service Executive:

  • Maintains and develops excellent relationships with the Club’s members.

  • Welcomes members and guests and ensures they receive high quality service

  • Responds to all membership enquiries, conducts Club tours and follows up on all membership related questions.

  • Maintains the membership administration.


  • Diploma in Customer Services, Business Administration or related field preferred.

  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.

  • Candidate is pro-active, independent and has a professional attitude.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal is needed for daily communication with an international member base.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Willing to work weekends.

Salary Range

  • $1800 - $2200 per month (skills dependent)
