We are proud to partner with So Yoga to deliver our kids' yoga classes, Meet Sophie.
Yoga is excellent for flexibility and relaxation. Practice also builds strength, improves concentration and sleep quality, boosts the immune system and is good fun, too!
Kids' yoga provides different growth opportunities for children.
For toddlers, yoga helps building body awareness.
For school-age children, it nurtures growth and improves balance and focus.
For pre-teens and teens, yoga strengthens hearts, minds and bodies to build self-esteem and confidence
Kids' yoga is not about perfecting poses. It brings yoga the child’s way!
Kids are positioned in a circle, not in rows
Classes are fun, dynamic and interactive, while safe. They incorporate age-appropriate challenges to keep the children engaged, games, yoga poses and flows, breathing techniques and relaxation exercises.
Sessions comprise music, songs, stories, toys and games.
