Dance is an incredible tool to teach body awareness, self-discipline and teamwork. We have witnessed first-hand how dance builds character, confidence and friendships. TAS teachers provide exceptional coaching and leadership - instilling the importance of etiquette and manners, and focusing on self-esteem and positive body image.
TAS provides a welcoming place for dance students of all ages, levels, backgrounds and nationalities to grow their passion for music and movement. Dance classes are open to members and non-members. Hollandse Club members receive a 10% discount on tuition fees.

LEAP 'N LEARN
Our Early Years programme is based from the “Leap ‘N Learn” curriculum which incorporates creative movement with ballet-based training while incorporating pretend play with an environment that promotes creativity and effort to bring out the positive and inclusive side of dance.
Including jazz, hip hop, musical theatre and more, open class students love the free and expressive style of the classes, without the pressure of exams. Open classes build confidence as well as awesome dance floor moves!
PERFORMANCE / EXAM CLASSES
For those students looking for a more structured or competitive dance experience, we offer the opportunity to participate in performance and competitions throughout the year. Following the Australian Teachers of Dance curriculum, students can also train for annual exams.
With themed options for 2 – 25 kids, dance parties with TAS are a blast for kids of all ages. Will you want a teddy bear picnic, a princess or superhero experience, or would you like to show off your ballet or hip-hop skills? Whatever your choice, expert dance instructors will give your party people a fun-filled and energetic 2-hour experience!
Dance is a great way to keep fit whilst also having a blast! Speaking of blast, our World Dance Blast classes offer a refreshing fitness program for adults of all dance abilities. Combining cultural and traditional dances to build strength and endurance, and driven by the rhythmic beats of inter-continental music, you’ll absolutely love this awesome workout!
