Daily, 7am - 9pm

A trainer since 2014, Coach Rax is certified in Sports & Nutrition and qualified in Natural Massage. He specialises in weight loss/fat loss, strength and conditioning, diet nutrition, health lifestyle coaching and body building.

Coach Yuva

An elite coach and athlete with 18+ years of experience. He specialises in youth and adult strength & conditioning, athlete development, and performance training. A former Head of Sports Performance at SG Gymnastics and an Ironman triathlete, he brings science-backed coaching and firsthand experience to help athletes excel.

Coach Ben

A highly experienced strength and conditioning coach who works with both youth and adults, with a strong track record in developing adolescent athletes. With his depth of knowledge and practical experience, he delivers structured and purposeful training that brings out the best in every individual, helping them build strength, confidence, and long-term athletic performance.

Master Vans

An experienced Fitness Master Trainer with over 25 years in the health, fitness, and wellness industry & Founder of FitMantras.

He combines scientific training methods with practical wellness strategies to help clients achieve sustainable health and performance.

He has worked with corporate professionals, athletes, students, and special forces teams, including contributing to the SPEAR project at Changi Prison.

He is also a certified Yin Yoga teacher and Sound Healer, integrating relaxation and recovery practices into his holistic training programmes.
