Get your kids moving and exercising from a young age with our Kid Fit programme. Kid Fit is designed to teach your kids the fundaments of moving and fitness in a fun environment.

BOOTCAMPS

Fridays: 10am – 11am

We are excited to bring back bootcamps at Camden Courtside! Bootcamps are suitable for all fitness levels, and will include cardio, strength training and core exercises. Check out this teaser video on what you can expect.

SWIM/GYM CAMPS (9-14YO)

Swim/Gym Camps are now open. Brush up on your stroke, improve your fitness and have fun!

Swimming coaches will focus on starts, turns and stroke development.


Fitness coaches will focus on indoor and outdoor fitness activities.

Camp includes 1 hour of swimming, 1 hour of fitness and a snack break.
