ACTIVE PASS


ROLL & RELEASE
Thu l 9.30am – 10.30am
Stressed at work? Tight after tennis? No downtime at home? Roll & Release offers invitational breath work, self massage, gentle stretching and guided relaxation. The class uses various props such as tennis balls, blocks and bolsters to help support you throughout the session.
Suitable for those looking to ease muscular tension and calm the nervous system.

YOGA FLOW
Sat | 10.00am - 11.00am
This dynamic practice guides you through a variety of poses that will bring movement and fluidity into your body and breath. A great way to improve strength, balance, mobility, and focus, it will leave you feeling refreshed and connected, providing a sense of wellness and ease that you can take off the mat.

BARRE

Tue | 9.00am - 10.00am
Barre is a FULL BODY dynamic workout technique inspired by elements of Pilates, Yoga and Ballet.
In class we focus on low-intensity, high-impact movements, using small props such as light weights, a Pilates ball, and a resistance band, resulting in a leaner body, stronger muscles and improved overall physique.
Isn’t Barre just for ballerinas? No, it certainly isn’t! Barre doesn’t involve dancing; however, you will find elements of ballet technique in my class.
There will be moments you feel like a ballerina!

BODY CONDITIONING

Thurs l 7.00pm – 8.00pm
Are you looking for an efficient, fun, whole body workout that will help you reduce body fat and increase muscle strength, leaving you feeling amazing?
Join our Body Conditioning Class!
In this fun and challenging class, we work through a wide range of exercises, designed to build a variety of skills focusing on strength, endurance, speed, as well as mind, mobility, and stability.
Expect a FULL BODY burn, using your own body weight, cardio exercise, circuit training and core strengthening exercises, finishing with an extensive stretch.
