Barre is a FULL BODY dynamic workout technique inspired by elements of Pilates, Yoga and Ballet.
In class we focus on low-intensity, high-impact movements, using small props such as light weights, a Pilates ball, and a resistance band, resulting in a leaner body, stronger muscles and improved overall physique.
Isn’t Barre just for ballerinas? No, it certainly isn’t! Barre doesn’t involve dancing; however, you will find elements of ballet technique in my class.
There will be moments you feel like a ballerina!

60 minutes Boot Camp class, combining high and low intensity exercises, working every single muscle of your body at your own pace.
Your instructor will get your heart pumping and your face smiling through a series of strength and cardio exercises. A perfect start to your weekend, leaving you feeling strong, powerful and accomplished!
