This class combines yin yoga, restorative poses, mindfulness and meditation to calm the mind and nervous system, creating space to restore and regenerate.

Barre is a FULL BODY dynamic workout inspired by elements of Pilates, Yoga and Ballet.

 

Classes focus on low-intensity, high-impact movements, using small props such as light weights, a Pilates ball, and a resistance band, resulting in a leaner body, stronger muscles and improved overall physique.

 

Barre doesn’t involve dancing; however you will find elements of ballet technique. There will be moments you feel like a ballerina!

​Barre Express packs all the punch of our regular Barre Class. Move, tone, strengthen, get your heart rate up and burn calories. All in just 40 minutes!
