Yoga is a wonderful practice that focuses on stretching and recovery. It involves various poses and movements that target different muscle groups, helping to release tension and improve flexibility. Regular yoga practice can aid in relaxation, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being.

 

Whether you're a beginner or more experienced, incorporating yoga into your routine can be beneficial for both your physical and mental health. So, roll out your mat, take a deep breath, and let yoga guide you on a journey of stretch and recovery.

This gentle yet dynamic practice will leave you feeling calm and energized, with improved flexibility, stress management, and sleep. Perfect for beginners and seasoned yogis alike, you'll be guided through a progression of poses, including standing, forward bending, backbending, twisting, and inversion poses. Suitable for all levels. Athletes welcome!

Barre is a FULL BODY dynamic workout technique inspired by elements of Pilates, Yoga and Ballet.

 

In class we focus on low-intensity, high-impact movements, using small props such as light weights, a Pilates ball, and a resistance band, resulting in a leaner body, stronger muscles and improved overall physique.

 

Isn’t Barre just for ballerinas? No, it certainly isn’t! Barre doesn’t involve dancing; however, you will find elements of ballet technique in my class.

 

There will be moments you feel like a ballerina!
