This gentle yet dynamic practice will leave you feeling calm and energized, with improved flexibility, stress management, and sleep. Perfect for beginners and seasoned yogis alike, you'll be guided through a progression of poses, including standing, forward bending, backbending, twisting, and inversion poses. Suitable for all levels. Athletes welcome!

BARRE

Barre is a FULL BODY dynamic workout technique inspired by elements of Pilates, Yoga and Ballet.
In class we focus on low-intensity, high-impact movements, using small props such as light weights, a Pilates ball, and a resistance band, resulting in a leaner body, stronger muscles and improved overall physique.
Isn’t Barre just for ballerinas? No, it certainly isn’t! Barre doesn’t involve dancing; however, you will find elements of ballet technique in my class.
There will be moments you feel like a ballerina!
