YOGA PASS


YOGA WITH PROPS

Mon | 10.30am - 11.30am
Wed | 6.45pm - 7.45pm
This Iyengar inspired session takes advantage of available props (such as blocks, belts, chairs, blankets, bolsters, wall) to explore and refine yoga poses. In this non-dynamic practice, supported poses and variations can be held for a few minutes. A great way for beginners to build their foundation, the class is open to all levels, as options are given to accommodate individual needs.

YOGA FOR ATHLETES
Tue | 6.00pm - 7.00pm
Open to all, this yoga class is a great complement to an active lifestyle -including running, biking, swimming, hiking, and strength training. Sequences of movements and poses are used to mobilise and activate muscles and joint groups before releasing any tension. Designed to improve range of motion through an active recovery process.

YIN YOGA
Wed | 9.00am - 10.00am
Sun | 10.15am - 11.30am
Designed for adults looking to balance their wellness goals with a practice that targets the deeper connective tissues. Through long held static poses we can improve range of motion and unwind physical tension. This practice is as much about opening and softening the physical body as it is a meditative practice that cultivates a deeper sense of awareness and connection. A perfect complement to today’s very yang and active lifestyles.

YOGA FLOW
Wed | 5.00pm - 6.30pm
This dynamic practice guides you through a variety of poses that will bring movement and fluidity into your body and breath. A great way to improve strength, balance, mobility, and focus, it will leave you feeling refreshed and connected, providing a sense of wellness and ease that you can take off the mat.

HATHA YOGA

Fri | 9.00am - 10.00am
This grounding practice explores classic yoga poses and increases the mind-body connection, with enough time spent on each pose to work on alignment and stability. Some movement may be used to warm up the body, and props may be used to stabilise and enhance the poses. This class is suitable for all levels.

YIN YANG YOGA
Sat | 10.00am - 11.00am
Find balance between your Yin and Yang. This practice provides 25 min Flow to strengthen your body and cardiovascular ability and 25 min Yin sequence to slow down and find peace and space within. Expect pranayama at the start to centre and relaxation at the end to leave your mat renewed and balanced. Great for any level, options will be provided to adjust to student level.

YOGA ALIGNMENT
