ROLL & RELEASE

Mon l 6.00pm – 7.00pm

Thu l 9.30am – 10.30am

Stressed at work? Tight after tennis? No downtime at home? Roll & Release offers an hour of invitational breath work, self massage, gentle stretching and guided relaxation. The class uses various props such as tennis balls, blocks and bolsters to help support you throughout the session.

Suitable for those looking to ease muscular tension and calm the nervous system. Whether you are highly active or fairly sedentary, the body can benefit from self massage followed by supported Restorative poses. Self massage work can help bring ease to general aches and pains, while the longer held Restorative poses have been known to help ease the symptoms of sleeping problems such as insomnia, stress and anxiety, (peri-)menopause and challenging menstrual cycles.

YIN YOGA

Wed | 9.00am - 10.00am

Yin Yoga is a class designed for adults, looking to balance their wellness goals with a practice that targets the deeper connective tissues.

Through long-held static poses we can improve range of motion and unwind physical tension. This practice is as much about opening and softening the physical body as it is a meditative practice that cultivates a deeper sense of awareness and connection.

A perfect compliment to today’s very yang and active lifestyles.
