This class will address any imbalances in your body by building strength and stability in underdeveloped areas, and will reduce tension and enhance mobility in overdeveloped areas.
Yin yoga is a more quiet and gentle practice suitable for all levels of practitioners, but that doesn’t mean it’s an easy yoga practice! Yin yoga works deeply into our body by placing an emphasis on holding each posture for a long duration with the muscles relaxed to target the deep connective tissues throughout the body. The aim is to increase circulation in the joints, to improve flexibility and it also helps us to regulate the body’s flow of energy.
Hatha Flow is a bit faster pace and suitable for intermediate yoga practitioners with a consistent practice. Hatha Flow builds on the necessary body stability acquired in Hatha Basic to take on more challenging asanas and sequences. Classes are taught with modifications to allow an easy transition from Hatha Basic.
Move with your breath from pose to pose. Vinyasa Flow offers strength, flexibility, concentration, breath work and often some form of meditation. It is great for those who understand the basic asanas and we'll also provide options for beginners.
Find calm and peace while moving through a slow and steady flowing restorative sequence. Expect pranayama (breathing exercises), hip openers, a gentle backbends and a few standing poses. You'll leave your mat renewed and relaxed. Great for any level in complement with other form of exercise for restorative and deeper stretch.
