MALE - Platinum, Gold, Challenger*

FEMALE - Gold, Silver, Bronze

MIX - Gold, Challenger*

*Challenger (Aimed at silver and bronze level players).

Category Rules:

• Players may enter a maximum of two categories (e.g. Men's + Mixed).

• Players may not enter multiple levels within the same discipline (e.g. Mens Gold & Mens Challenger)

• The Tournament Committee reserves the right to move players between categories to ensure fair competition and balanced draws.

Rough robin groups, followed by knockout rounds.

Group-Stage Matches: One Set.

Semi-Finals & Finals: Best of 3 sets. (Mixed remains one set throughout)

The Tournament Committee reserves the right to amend the format due to weather, court availability or other unforeseen circumstances.

Payment of Entry Fee:

Your place is confirmed only once payment has been received. After registering, the Hollandse Club team will contact you with your total amount payable and payment instructions.

POLICIES

Withdrawal Policy: Players who wish to withdraw must notify the Tournament Organiser as soon as possible by email or WhatsApp. Refund Policy: Full refund if withdrawing before the registration deadline. No refunds after the registration deadline unless a replacement team is found. If a category is cancelled by the organiser, all affected players will receive a full refund. Player Substitutions: Substitutions are permitted up until 48 hours before the tournament, subject to approval by the Tournament Director. Any substitute must be of a similar playing level and meet the eligibility requirements for the category. Late Arrivals: Players must be present and ready to play at their scheduled match time, or within 5 minutes of their match being called to court. The following penalties will apply for late arrival: 5 minutes late: Team starts the match 0–1 down in games. 10 minutes late: Team starts the match 0–2 down in games. 15 minutes late: Match is awarded as a walkover. If both teams are more than 5 minutes late, the match will begin with the score at 1–1 in games. Subsequent penalties will continue to apply if one or both teams remain absent. The Tournament Director reserves the right to vary these penalties in exceptional circumstances. Walkovers & Retirements: If a team is unable to play a scheduled match, they must inform the Tournament Director as soon as possible. Any walkover or retirement will be recorded in accordance with the tournament format. Repeated no-shows may result in exclusion from future tournaments. Weather Policy: The tournament will proceed in light rain where safe to do so. In the event of severe weather or unsafe court conditions, matches may be delayed, rescheduled or shortened. The Tournament Director reserves the right to amend the schedule or format to ensure the tournament is completed where reasonably possible. Rules of Play: The tournament will be played under the current FIP Laws of Padel, except where modified by these tournament regulations. Player Conduct: Players are expected to behave respectfully towards opponents, officials, volunteers and spectators. Unsportsmanlike behaviour, abusive language or misconduct may result in warnings, default or removal from the tournament.

ELIGIBILITY

Prize money is awarded in Singapore and may be subject to Singapore laws and regulations. 

It is the responsibility of each player to ensure they are legally entitled to receive prize money in Singapore. This includes obtaining any visas, work passes, exemptions, approvals or sponsorships that may be required under Singapore law. 

By entering the tournament, players confirm that they are responsible for complying with all applicable immigration, employment, tax and other legal requirements relating to their participation and receipt of any prize money. 

The Tournament Organiser and Hollandse Club accept no responsibility or liability for a player's eligibility to receive prize money or for any consequences arising from a player's failure to comply with applicable laws or regulations.
