Barre is a FULL BODY dynamic workout technique inspired by elements of Pilates, Yoga and Ballet.
Classes focus on low-intensity, high-impact movements, using small props such as light weights, a Pilates ball, and a resistance band, resulting in a leaner body, stronger muscles and improved overall physique.
Barre is not just for ballerinas! It doesn’t involve dancing; however, you will find elements of ballet technique in class. There will be moments you feel like a ballerina!
